Some guy on television; a shark documentary, a biologist maybe, stated that he would rather meet-up with a great white shark than a tiger shark while scuba diving. He said that people sometimes survive the great white's "taste test" but a tiger shark is like a swimming meat-grinder.

The tiger shark is without a shadow of a doubt the most dangerous predatory fish alive being much more aggressive and curious than the great white, you are absolutely right. Nevertheless, if the two squared up, we would have a very dead tiger shark.

Ultimate comparison between the big four terrestial carnivores; from left to right (sorted by shoulder height): Polar Bear (140cm at the shoulders, ~1100lbs) - Peninsular Grizzly (130cm at the shoulders, ~850lbs) - Kruger Lion (103cm at the shoulders, ~425lbs) - Bengal Tiger (100cm at the shoulders, ~465lbs)

theundertaker45 Could you possibly do a leopard and common chimpanzee size comparison?
Persian leopard- shoulder height: 75 cm, total body length: 158 cm, 60 kg
Chimp - 1.3 meters tall when fully stood up, length: 78 cm, shoulder height: 100 cm, 50 kg
There might be some confusion because chimps both walk on fours and stand up straight so I’m not sure what kind of info you need.

General information: I am working on new and more detailed versions of my size comparisons. This will take quite a time as I need to do a lot of calculations but the results will definitely be worth it. I will rework all of my previous comparisons and come up with improved ones, it's always interesting trying to get to the next level and my new method involves a lot of in depth calculations; the previous comparisons should be ~90% accurate, now it's time to get to 95%. My first really good comparison will be a rework of Siberian tiger vs Ussuri brown bear, so stay tuned!

Do you have any other requests including bears? Polar bear with Smilodon populator and grizzly bear with Xenosmilus hodsonae.

Guys, here we go again; I've edited my previous comparison between the Siberian tiger and the Ussuri brown bear and I am really proud of this new and much more satisfying version. From now on I will adjust the models to their real life lengths rather than their shoulder heights as length measurements seem more reliable to me, especially due to the fact that shoulder heights can never be accurately determined on an anesthetized animal. I've scaled the Siberian tiger to approximately 195cm and the Ussuri brown bear to approximately 196cm; their usual "over the curves" body measurements. The two reasons I chose these two models are relatively simple: the two being mature male individuals and their angle from nose to the root of their tail is almost identical which is the main point I am focusing on to create an accurate comparison. Enjoy it, my friends and tell me what you think about it! (The Undertaker is scaled to approximately 6 feet and 11.5 inches due to his hat.)

This is very good! I like how the background is one which they would inhabit naturally, perhaps in battles where both animals live in the same environment you could always change the background like that.
Maybe you could also add initials or something so people can’t steal your comparisons without credit to you.

@hardrobin1212
Thank you very much!
I've created a little signature at the top right corner with my initials under it.

Size comparison between the Polar bear and the Smilodon populator. Polar Bear: 270cm in length, 145cm tall at the shoulder Smilodon Populator: 230cm in length, 120cm tall at the shoulder To be honest, I don't see a way how the Smilodon would be able to take down this 500-600kg beast.Credited to TheUndertaker45 carnivora.net/smilodon-populator-v-polar-bear-t6057-s165.html#p80036As you can see, the male polar bear is slightly longer but is bulkier and has thicker and more powerful forearms than the smilodon populator.

Reply #352 looks very good Taker. Awesome job. The Roman arena was a cool idea; the Russian taiga is even better. Great comparison picture. At some point in time; can't stress deeply enough no rush; take your time; weeks or months not a problem; American grizzly ( Montana / Wyoming Rocky Mt. grizzly ) compared with a Russian black grizzly. *Edit and add: for your "to-do-list"... A Mountain Grizzly and an African Lion.
