Bro Bear Chili ____________ every guy knows how to cook chili. here are the ingredients to my chili: you will need a big pot and a cast iron frying pan. I use a 12 quart pot. 1- tap water. 2- dry beans (black and little red) one lb. bag of each. 3- salt, black pepper, chili powder and Old Bay seasoning. 4- one bottle of spicy V-8. (as beans appear to need more water). 5- three pounds of hamburger meat... fry in cast iron pan. do not drain; it all goes in. 6- chopped: one big red onion, one garlic clove and two or three jalapeƱo or other hot peppers. 7- bacon: cut into small sections. 8- one can of sweet corn or Mexi-corn. (1 lb. 13 oz.) 9- one can of diced or crushed tomatoes. (14.5 oz.) 10- small jar of sliced mushrooms. 11- smokey joes, each one sliced in half (last in) ______________________ 12- oyster crackers. 13- cold beer.

I can cook instant noodles, fry eggs, boil eggs, meat, and vegetables, and make sandwiches. I'm not a great cook. I've know so many better. I was a cook in the marines for three years and a cook in the army for three years as well as several civilian restaurants. I love cooking at home, but never really enjoyed cooking for a living.

Cook a 3-qrt. pot of pinto beans. When they are almost done, add your seasonings (your choices). I use salt, black pepper, and Old Bay. Then add Cabbage, Carrots, and Polska Kielbasa. Continue cooking. When the cabbage and carrots is done, it's ready to eat.

I love fried chicken, fried sea food, or a steak grilled to medium rare. But pork is incredible.

I'm low-key a pretty great chef, if I do say so myself. Slow cooking beef ribs, roasting pork belly, Korean or Japanese style fried chicken, glazing ham, seared salmon with the skin on, lamb rack, sliced rare wagyu steak with teriyaki butter, charcoal middle eastern chicken shish... Oh that reminds me, one of my favourite channels, check this guy out- youtube.com/@wildernesscooking
