We occasionally touch onto this subject. A big cat is built like an athlete - speed, agility, and strength being evenly important in a big cat's physique. A bear is built primarily for brute strength while speed and agility are still important but to a lesser degree. We have spoken of how a bear is built more like a wrestler and weight-lifter. Let's see some examples of men built like bears. Sorry I am unable to post pictures on this site. bleacherreport.com/articles/2774532-the-mountain-hafthor-bjornsson-crowned-2018-worlds-strongest-man 'The Mountain' Hafthor Bjornsson Crowned 2018 World's Strongest Man.

For "Men Built Like Big Cats" I would look at boxers. A big cat is speed, agility, and strength in equal doses ( IMO ) like a pro-boxer. George Foreman, Muhammad Ali, Mike Tyson, etc.

Mark Henry: probably resembles more because of the fat. Very robust also.

Yes, Hafthor Bjornsson like a Spring-weight grizzly and Mark Henry like a Summer-weight grizzly. All posted thus far are great examples of Men Built Like Bears.

Andre the Giant - the Kodiak bear among men. Now, we all know that WWE wrestling is fake. However, this is an extremely dangerous profession. Also, on a documentary about the life of Andre the Giant, wrestlers spoke of real wrestling off camera. They said that the wrestler never lived that Andre could not defeat in the ring. He could handle the biggest toughest men as if they were children. Andre enjoyed reminding them that he never worked out. This is something I have argued for years. Two things matter in strength ( above muscle mass ). Size and build. Andre had both.

Its obvious and you dont have to be a fight expert to know that even though these guys do fake wrestling, guys like Brown Strownan, Andre the giant, or the Big show would destroy any real mma fighter. Would Connor Mcgregor beat Brown Strowman in a real fight??

Brown Strownman 6’8, 420 lbs, Mcgregor 5’9, 155 lbs, in any kind of fight, real wrestling, mma, street fight, i dont care, Mcgregor is getting crushed. Difference is that bears not only have the size and weight advantage but are also BETTER FIGHTERS than big cats.

True, but he is ( as Brute pointed out ) rather bear-like. I think that, maybe, like Muhammad Ali, his arrogant attitude is mostly an act.
