Personally the silverback gorilla is the most powerful ape not only overall but pound to pound.

Showing teeth can be a sign of threat as apes do that to each other.

Zoo keepers, scientists, and engineers should band together and create a "wall" between the zoo gorillas and the zoo visitors - strong enough to hold back a gorilla - jungle paintings on the gorilla's side - perfectly see-through from the zoo visitor's side - and sound muffling. This way, the zoo visitors can view the greatest of the great apes while the gorilla is not insulted by mobs of very rude and crude people. ( not sure this idea is possible )

/\ If the gorilla has sharp hearing which many animals do, that might not work.

Well, my idea here was to post this amazing picture of the world that the gorilla calls home along with a soundtrack of Johnny Weissmueller's famous Tarzan yell. My problem, the lack of computer skills. Remove the billions of biting, stinging, blood sucking insects from the jungle, and I wouldn't mind living in a treehouse here myself.

RELATIVE TO THEIR SIZE THE HIGHER APES, ESPECIALLY THE GORILLAS, HAVE THE BROADEST, MOST MASSIVE PELVIC SKELETON OF ALL ANIMALS:

If 35-40 is the average age I wonder what 60 would be equivalent to in human years?

mymodernmet.com/three-silverback-gorilla-brothers/?fbclid=IwAR3McP9QA18V2UA3PRk2FKHt-dlm_rHjKRVBzQyQ1CkNo5pSa6047SirEBs These Three Silverback Gorilla Brothers Protect a Group of 22 Female Gorillas. Silverback mountain gorillas are powerful creatures. Typically, one adult male leads a band of females and juveniles. Males without a flock of females travel alone or form small groups together. It is relatively uncommon for these family bands to include multiple adult males; however, one group in Rwanda is a heartwarming example of brotherly love. The family band is led by the dominant male Musilikale, but his two loyal adult brothers Icumbi and Turakomeje stay by his side to help keep the family safe. Studied and protected by the Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund, this band of brothers has captured hearts with their playful antics.
