Wildfact ( wildfact.com/forum/ ) up until May of 2021 was a great site for reliable information. They are primarily all about big cats, but information about other animals could be found there too. They were, along with the now dead Shaggygod forum ( shaggygod.proboards.com/ ), one of the most reliable animal forums on the net. I never had anything but praise and respect for them. *Edit and add; that was then. Today, false or misleading information is accepted there when it is pro-big cat. _________________________________________ Edit and add; even their highest ranking members (fake professors) ON THE EDGE OF EXTINCTION - A - THE TIGER (Panthera tigris) They claim unproven events to be facts, with no actual evidence to back up their claims. Tiger fans are unable to man-up and accept the truth.

bearexpert.com/ Classification of Bears Here you will find a classification of bears based on their family (Ursidae). You can also see the scientific names as well as the time the bears lived. Also, see all the extinct bears marked with a †. If you want to learn more about a specific species of bear click the link (if available).

In the book; 'The Bear - History of a Fallen King' the author, a historian of European history, found no records of tigers in the Circus Games ( other than some brown dog-like animal they referred to as a tiger but otherwise unidentified ).

/\ There are some emerging new forums. I recently created this one. My daughter Ginger and I plan to raise American Bull Boxers ( a hobby that pays for itself ) once I have the property ( probably about this time in 2022 ( if our currant government doesn't screw it up ). You are more than welcome to join.
