Prologue:
A giant 2500 pounds creature feeding on the carcass of a long horned bison probably killed by Sabre toothed cats.
He was known as the Arctodus simus, the largest land predator in the North of the Pleistocene Park. The giant short faced bear of the north did not get to feed long as a bull mastodon drove him off the carcass.
Meanwhile, further down south, an Agotherium was confronting a pride of three male smilodon populators.
A 2500 pound male Californian grizzly which is larger than even the most scientifically weighed male polar bear arrived and disrupted the stand off.

Chapter 1: Packing the car.
“Where are we going dad?” The older boy wanted to stay home and do nothing but play his play station.
“We are going to a family trip to the Pleistocene Park. It has been ten years now and I am sure we are going to have fun looking upon animals we have never seen before”.
In spite of the protest, Rudy’s words prevailed and soon the car was packed and ready to go to its destination.
